Keeping in touch with our Members

Any time we’ve conducted a survey of the Membership, the same topic is always, quite rightly, at the top of the list of priorities – Communication.

Please help us to improve it !!

If you check your email inboxes, and for those of you who don’t possess one, your letterbox at home, you should find a communication from the club regarding the information we store about you and a request to check it and ‘fill in the blanks’.

We only keep the info we need to ensure the smooth running of the club and most importantly, keep in touch with you and keep you informed and up to date about what’s occurring in in your club.
Your correct address allows us to have your copy of the SVVF Yearbook sent to your home – It contains a list of all the shows in Scotland for the coming year and generally arrive at the end of January / start of February.
All part of the service, but we do need your details to get it to you!

We also keep contact numbers and vehicle details to allow us to book you in to shows that we attend as a club and to ensure that where the show has a commemorative booklet, your vehicle details are presented as you wish them to be.

Of course we also keep your email address if you have one – It’s the main way the club will communicate with the members, so check your junk mail and add to your safe senders list.

We try to make sure that any messages or updates will appear on the Website, FaceBook & Twitter at the same time – you can also get an email notification when something appears on the site by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘Notify me of new posts via Email’ at the bottom of any post.
