BACK TOGETHER AGAIN !!
Just a quick reminder that this Thursday (9th of September) sees our first club meeting since the pandemic struck.
We’ve had quite a number of new members join us since then, so just in case you don’t know where we normally meet, it’s at the Ford Hall, The Kingcase Church Hall, 11 Waterloo Road, Prestwick KA9 2AA.
There is a small car park and on street parking around the venue. Please park respectfully to allow as many vehicles as possible to assemble. As always, George Frame will be on hand to direct everyone to a space if required.
No formal speaker booked but we’ll get an update from the committee and a good chat with each other.
There are I’m afraid a plethora of Covid restrictions mainly focused on cleaning and sanitising anything that we might have touched – chairs tables, door handles, light switches etc. To that end, we cant leave it all to George at the end of a meeting and we will need some of you to help!
Obviously masks will be required indoors and any Track & Trace requirements will be observed.
At the moment we can’t access the kitchen for hot water for coffee and tea, so we are not quite up to full speed.
We are also limited to 85 folk in the hall, which shouldn’t really be an issue but we shall see!
