The weather gave us a scare in the morning but what a day it became!
An early start in the rain didn’t make for a great journey towards Alloway but the sun was already breaking through when we arrived to park up.
A good 50 or so vehicles were in attendance and were treated to the usual marvellous event & hospitality from our friends at the Burns Birthplace Museum with their visiting public enjoying the spectacle outside before sampling the fabulous facility inside the museum (not to mention their fab restaurant!)
It was especially pleasing to see some new members in attendance with their wonderful vehicles and as always the best part of the last century of motoring was represented and shining away in the afternoon sunshine.
A very sociable and relaxing day was had by all and our thanks go once more to the Team at the Museum for inviting us again and providing such a lovely and interesting setting for us to visit.
